Today after the session(it was about proper relaxation, after I learned proper breathing, exercise and diet) the instructor told me that I have a very flexible body and I am able to do any posture in yoga and eventually I will be able to raise my leg behind my neck. But, for now, I have to work on making my muscles strong too, so I don’t have to stretch my back too much during the sun salutation, instead, I have to stop at a point and work on my muscles more. And that she is watching me 🙂 I’m liking this yoga thing…I needed these couple of hours this week!!

And oh! She gave us a paper with the chanting she says at the beginning and their translation..I didn’t read it all..but I lost it in the taxi on my way home :$ I was planning to post them here…so to the next time!
