I’m still somehow depressed but who knew that teaching a programming I lab session would cheer me up? I can’t believe this, it’s the third semester I teach this lab and It has never been this fun, I’ve always enjoyed teaching advanced labs more, because they are somehow challenging and the topics are more fun(call me a nerd) and the most important reason is that the students are not new students. New students usually cause trouble and come to the lab to have fun(unlike the tutorial although I teach it too, I don’t what’s the reason behind this) and the new guy comes and sees himself that he’s the ONE and that he will charm his instructor to give him good grades(they actually try this!!!). But this semester, they are AMAZING, they are smart, funny(not clowns), cute, they call me Layal(not Miss Layal, I hate it) and they are excellent potential programmers! It was their first lab and I didn’t want to push them into too many stuff, but I found them adding new functions to the exercise I asked them to do. OK here we go….I LOVE THEM!!!
