I called them..and I went…I’m glad I went before the class time because the taxi driver lost his way…anyway…the teacher is a very nice lady..there were about 10 students there…I missed the first session and it was the second one for the others..but since I got there a little bit early she taught me what I missed last Friday, I won’t talk about details..I’ll leave this to other posts…but I really enjoyed it..and it was so relaxing and it needs effort at the same time…I didn’t know that! some postures were hard to do at the beginning! I’ll talk about the details of the session later. Ciao for now.
